Zusammenfassung:	A grinding block for reducing the size of food granules is disclosed. The grinding block is made of a ceramic with high strength. There is a central hole to allow the block to fix onto the rotation axis of a food grinding machine. From the central hole, there are several regions on the top surface to store the food granules temporarily. Next to these regions, there are several grinding edges. These grinding edges are curved. The use of such grinding block can reduce the size of food granules to fine powder. The flavor of the food can then be fully released. The nutrient of food can also be released from the fine powder.
