The present invention discloses a microwave heating system, comprising: a heating chamber with a microwave power source and an opening on opposite sides; two groups of microwave suppression cavities, wherein the microwave suppression cavities are respectively connected to the opening of the heating chamber, and include a plurality of suppression structures; and a conveyor belt. used to convey a material that needs to be heated by microwaves, entering a group of the microwave suppression cavities, a entering the opening of the heating chamber, and then entering another group of the microwave suppression cavities through another opening after passing through the heating chamber; wherein the microwave suppression cavities are provided with at least one fluid pipeline surrounding the microwave suppression cavities, the fluid pipeline has a plurality of holes for spraying the liquid flowing in the fluid pipeline to the material heated by the microwave on the conveyor belt.
