The video monitoring unit is communicatively connected to a camera, and receives image information collected by the camera, and the communication conversion unit is connected to a port of an automated mechanical device. The video monitoring unit transmits a power control signal to the power control unit according to the received image information, and the power control unit controls the power of the automated mechanical equipment through the communication conversion unit according to the received power control signal.
