Zusammenfassung: | A turbine with swayable blades that always rotate in one direction independent of the direction of the flow is presented to solve the problem of low conversion efficiency of the conventional turbines that rotate in one direction. The turbine with swayable blades includes a plurality of blades, two rotating wheels, a central axle and two guiding wheels. Each blade defines a pivotal axis. A first leaf surface and a second leaf surface are located separately on two sides of the pivotal axis. Each rotating wheel includes a hub, an outer ring, a first rotating surface and a second rotating surface. The blades are annularly disposed with equal intervals on the first rotation surface and the second rotation surface. The pivotal axis of each blade is located between the hub and the outer ring in a radial direction. The first leaf surface and the second leaf surface of each blade are swayable about the pivotal axis. A central axle is securely received in a center of the hub of each rotating wheel. The two guiding whee |
