Terminating apparatus for terminating a cable set of a motor stator with a contact set

A terminating apparatus is disclosed. The terminating apparatus includes a holding platform, a feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a contact inserting mechanism and a welding mechanism. The feeding mechanism is disposed on the holding platform and for installing a motor stator. The cutting mechanism is disposed on a side of the feeding mechanism. When the cutting mechanism cuts a cable set, the contact inserting mechanism sheathes a contact set onto an end of the cut cable set in a rotating manner. The welding mechanism welds the contact set with the end of the cut cable set. As a result, the terminating apparatus is able to automatically cut the cable set and assemble the cut cable set with the contact set.
