Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A DC-to-DC controller includes a PWM signal output pin, a multi-function pin and a current generator. The PWM signal output pin is electrically connected to an external resistor. The multi-function pin is electrically connected to an external parameter setting unit. The current generator is coupled to the PWM signal output pin. In a start period of the DC-to-DC controller, the current generator provides a reference current to the multi-function pin by using the external resistor, such that the DC-to-DC controller sets a parameter by using the external parameter setting unit. After the start period, the DC-to-DC controller outputs a PWM signal through the PWM signal output pin.
