Zusammenfassung:	A backlight module and a display device are described. The backlight module includes a back plate, plural light source holders, plural light sources and at least one optical film. The back plate includes a bottom plate and a sidewall connected to the bottom plate. The light source holders are arranged in the back plate, in which each of the light source holders near the sidewall includes a first inclined portion and a second inclined portion. The first inclined portion is near the sidewall, and a first angle is included between the first inclined portion and the bottom plate. The second inclined portion faces a direction contrary to that of the first inclined portion, and a second angle in included between the second inclined portion and the bottom plate. The first angle is smaller than the second angle. The light sources are respectively disposed on the light source holders. The optical film is disposed above the light sources.
