Offloading shoe with trapezoid sole or concave sole

According to the article, used therapeutic footwear which showed lower foot pressure, therefore therapeutic footwear is useful to reduce new ulceration [1,2,6]. But, the position of the plantar ulcers are different according to individuals, and the current products cannot transfer the center of body weight by footwear except for half-shoes [3,4], thus the ulcer may not heal as expected. And the soles of half-shoe gave discontinuous difference of height on rear-foot or fore-foot, thus it may have potential risk of falling while walking. So this creation is to modify the type of sole of offloading shoe, and depend on the position of ulcer to make the sole of shoes to be a trapezoid structure or concave structure, then used various materials to increase the offloading effect.
