Zusammenfassung:A DC-DC converter and a voltage adjusting circuit thereof are provided. The voltage adjustment circuit includes a reference voltage generating unit and a threshold voltage generating unit. The reference voltage generating unit receives a voltage generating signal for producing a reference voltage according the voltage generating signal, wherein the reference voltage rise to a target level from a first level. The threshold voltage generating unit is coupled to the reference voltage generating unit, and receives the voltage generating signal for providing a second level, wherein the second level is higher than the first level and lower than the level of the reference voltage. When the reference voltage reaches the second level from the first level, the reference voltage generating unit makes the reference voltage drop a preset value and then make the reference voltage rise to the target level.
