Zusammenfassung:	A touch panel, having a transparent touch sensing region and a peripheral region adjacent to at least one side of the transparent touch sensing region, includes a substrate, a decoration layer, a light-shielding layer, and at least a touch sensor. The substrate has a surface, and a first functional hole is defined on the surface of the substrate. The decoration layer is disposed on the surface of the substrate and within the peripheral region. The light-shielding layer is disposed on the decoration layer and includes at least a first shielding-layer hole that is corresponding to the first functional hole and exposes a portion of the decoration layer. The touch sensor is at least in the transparent touch sensing region.
