| Zusammenfassung: | An over temperature protection circuit applied to an organic light emitting diode pixel circuit includes a voltage dividing module and a dimming signal generation module. The voltage dividing module is used for outputting an output voltage varied with a temperature of an organic light emitting diode of the organic light emitting diode pixel circuit. The dimming signal generation module is coupled to the voltage dividing module for generating a pulse width modulation signal with a duty cycle varied with the temperature to a dimming transistor of the organic light emitting diode pixel circuit according to the output voltage and a triangular wave reference voltage. The dimming transistor is turned on and turned off according to the pulse width modulation signal. |
