Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a transaction management system. The transaction management system comprises a consumer end device, a trust end device and a service end device. The consumer end device is arranged for providing a consumer to input consumer information to generate a transaction signal, and generate a payment pointing message according to the consumer information to provide the consumer to perform a paying motion to pay the amount of money. The trust end device is arranged for receiving the transaction signal and the amount of money, and send identification information to the consumer end device for displaying or for outputting to the consumer. The service end device is arranged for receiving the identification information inputted by the consumer to generate a transaction confirmation signal, and send the transaction confirmation signal to the trust end device to obtain the amount of money.
