Magnetic keyswitch assembly and keyboard

A keyswitch assembly includes a movable key cap, a support plate, a membrane switch and a frame. The keycap includes pivot, the keycap uses the pivot as a center to selectively rotate, the keycap includes a first magnetic element. The support plate functions to carry the pivot, the support plate has a space for receiving a second magnetic element, the second magnetic element expels the first magnetic element. The membrane switch is disposed beneath the keycap. As the keycap is undepressed, the first magnetic element excludes the second magnetic element making the keyswitch assembly in OFF state, and as the keycap is depressed and exceeds a expelling threshold between the first magnetic element and the first magnetic element, the keycap moves downward and triggers the membrane switch.
