Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a composite thin film throttle including housing, a body, a throttle member, and an elastic film. The housing includes a source end, a loading end, and a first accommodating space. The body is disposed in the first accommodating space and includes a second accommodating space, a third accommodating space, and a first channel. The throttle member, disposed in the third accommodating space, forms a stabilizing pressure chamber and an adjusting chamber with the body and has an inner hole. The elastic film is disposed between the body and the throttle member to form a gap with the throttle member. A first split flow of a working fluid flows to the adjusting chamber from the first channel, and then flows through the gap and the inner hole to the loading end. When the pressure of the working fluid increases at the loading end, the elastic film will be pressed by the working fluid to increase the gap, so as to adjust the pressure at the loading end. |
