Zusammenfassung:	A motor control device includes a current detection section configured to detect a current value between a coil of a motor and a negative bus, an insulation resistance calculation section configured to calculate an insulation resistance value of the motor based on current values detected by the current detection section upon opening and closing of a second switch connected to a second power source section and an earth when a power supply is OFF, a voltage value of a capacitor connected to a bus, and a voltage value of the second power source section, and a leakage current protection section configured to detect that the power supply is turned on by a first switch and the second switch is in a short circuit state to turn off the first switch.
