Zusammenfassung:	A catalyst of electrode of fuel cell and a method of forming the same are provided in the present invention. An oxide is added, and a weight ratio of the oxide and an active metal and a weight ratio of a support and the oxide are controlled. Active surface area of the catalyst can be effectively increased by the oxide and the active metal with specific average particle size. Corrosion of the support can be prevented by strong interaction between the oxide and the active metal, and further stability and durability of the catalyst can be improved.
