Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is related to use of Lactobacillus plantarum GKD7 for manufacturing a composition of improving osteoarthritis and degenerative joint disease. The composition includes Lactobacillus plantarum GKD7 as an active ingredient, thereby relieving osteoarthritis-caused joint pain as well as decreasing the levels of IL-1[beta] expression in the cartilage tissue and/or the synovial tissue, thereby improving osteoarthritis.
