Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a display panel which comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a light-emitting element and a first shading layer. The light-emitting element is arranged on the peripheral area of the second substrate and located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first surface and the second surface of the light-emitting element face the first substrate and the second substrate respectively. The side wall of the light-emitting element is connected with the first surface and the second surface. The first shading layer is arranged on the peripheral area of the second substrate and is provided with a first opening. The light-emitting element is arranged in the first opening of the first light shielding layer. The first shading layer covers the first surface and the side wall of the light-emitting element, and the second surface of the light-emitting element is a light-emitting surface of the light-emitting element.
