Zusammenfassung:	This invention discloses a display panel which includes a sub-pixel, a first metal layer, a second metal layer, a transparent conductive layer and a third metal layer. The sub-pixel includes a switching element. The first metal layer includes a scan line electrically connected with the switch element. The second metal layer is disposed on the first metal layer and includes a pixel electrode and a data line, the pixel electrode and the data line are electrically connected with the switching element, and a portion of the data line includes a blackened layer. The transparent conductive layer includes a transparent electrode disposed on the pixel electrode and electrically connected with the pixel electrode. The third metal layer includes a reflective electrode disposed on the transparent electrode and electrically connected with the transparent electrode.
