Zusammenfassung: | The present application discloses a polyfunctional poly(arylene ether) resin, having a number average molecular weight of 1000-6000, preferably a number average molecular weight of 1500-3000, and a structural formula shown in Formula (1) below: in Formula (1), R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, aryl or C1-C12 alkyl; R5 and R6 are each independently selected from hydrogen, methyl or ethyl; and m and n are each independently selected from integers of 1 to 50.
