Zusammenfassung: | An electrical steel sheet with high strength and low iron loss and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The method includes the following steps: providing a steel billet, the steel billet includes the following components in percentage by mass: FeBal.-Sia-Alb-Mnc-Pd-Se-Cf-Ng, in which a ranges between from 3wt% to 4wt%, b ranges between from 0.5wt% to 2wt%, c ranges between from 0wt% to 0.3wt%, d ranges between from 0wt% to 0.05wt%, e ranges between from 0wt% to 0.003wt%, f ranges between from 0wt% to 0.003wt%, g ranges between from 0wt% to 0.003wt%, and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities; performing a hot-rolling step to the steel billet to form a hot rolled steel plate; after the hot rolled steel plate is annealed, performing a cold-rolling step to form a cold rolled steel plate with a thickness value t; and performing a final annealing step to the cold rolled steel plate to obtain an electrical steel sheet, wherein the electrical steel sheet meets the following W10/400 iron loss judgment |
