This invention provides a method for preparing an anti-scorch rubber product, which includes: step (A): preparing a rubber-containing raw material; step (B): transporting at least a portion of the raw material to the first closed section for the first mixing process to obtain a first mixture; step (C): transporting the first mixture to the first open section for a second mixing process to obtain a second mixture; step (D): transporting the second mixture to the second closed section for a third mixing process to obtain a third mixture; step (E): transporting the third mixture to the second open section for a fourth mixing process to obtain a rubber material; and step (F): transporting the rubber material to a molding device to obtain an anti-scorch rubber product, wherein the first open section and the second open section each contain at least one set of air inlets and air outlets.
