The database stores multiple patient data, an intelligent rehabilitation condition model and a severity classification data, wherein each piece of patient data includes physiological information, and the intelligent rehabilitation condition model is an artificial intelligence model. The processing module generates a real-time status table and an evaluation table based on the patient data. When the processing module determines one of the physiological information of the patient data meets a out-of-bed rehabilitation standard through the intelligent rehabilitation condition model and yet the corresponding manual exclusion information is not received, the processing module generates a rehabilitation training table based on the severity classification data.
