Zusammenfassung:	A damping adjustable head part includes a bearing bowl, a base, a bearing, a damping adjusting ring and a damping ring. The bearing bowl has an annular top edge. The base has a ring portion and a first cylindrical portion. The ring portion is disposed to be close to and corresponds to the annular top edge. The first cylindrical portion is connected to the ring portion and extends inwardly to the bearing bowl. The bearing is disposed in the bearing bowl and is abutted against between the bearing bowl and the first cylindrical portion. The damping adjusting ring is sleeved on an outer side of the first cylindrical portion, and the damping adjusting ring has a pressing portion. The pressing portion is opposite to the annular top edge. The damping ring is adapted to be pressed against between the pressing portion and the annular top edge.
