A method of processing propolis includes (a) performing an extraction process of propolis that contain flavonoids, resin, and beeswax to obtain a crude extract liquid including ethanol, flavonoids, resin, and beeswax, in which the extraction process includes the use of a highly concentrated ethanol-water solution containing water and ethanol to leach out the flavonoids, resins, and beeswax in the propolis, the ethanol concentration of the highly concentrated ethanol-water solution is 70% to 95%, the ethanol concentration of the crude extract liquid is 70% to 95%; and (b) performing purification process of the crude extract liquid to obtain propolis ethanol-extracted solution containing ethanol and flavonoids, in which the purification process includes the dilution of the crude extract liquid to obtain a diluent with an ethanol concentration of 40% to 60%, and the resin and beeswax is precipitated from the diluent. The propolis ethanol-extracted solution obtained from the method of processing propolis accordin
