Pixel circuit and micro-led panel using the same

A pixel circuit includes: a first transistor having a first terminal for receiving a first data voltage, a second terminal and a control terminal receiving a first control signal, the first transistor being conducted and turned off in response to the first control signal; a second transistor having a driving function and a switch function, the second transistor having a first terminal coupled to an operation voltage, a second terminal, and a control terminal coupled to the second terminal of the first transistor; a first capacitor having a first terminal coupled to the control terminal of the second transistor, and a second terminal; a PWM (pulse width modulation) control circuit coupled to the second terminal of the first terminal; and a micro-LED coupled to the second terminal of the second transistor, the second transistor driving the micro-LED and the second transistor controls whether a current flows through the micro-LED, wherein by controlling the second transistor, the PWM control circuit controls the
