Zusammenfassung:	A wave power generator is presented to improve the problems of complex structure and easy damage of prior wave power generator. This wave power generator includes: a main body has a chamber and two openings; a floating body reciprocates along the axial direction of the main body, with the floating body has at least one first magnetic member; and a power generation assembly has a screw with two direction restricting members at two ends, with the two direction restricting members are respectively connected with two generators, with a driving member is screwed to the screw, with the driving member and the screw are located in the chamber of the main body, with the driving member has at least one second magnetic member magnetized to the at least one first magnetic member. The driving member moves synchronously by the axial reciprocating movement of the floating body, so that the shafts of the two generators rotate to generate electricity.
