An optical fingerprint recognition device includes a light-emitting layer and a color filter layer. The light-emitting layer has a plurality of red OLEDs, a plurality of green OLEDs and a plurality of blue OLEDs. An opaque pixel define layer is arranged between two adjacent OLEDs, and the pixel define layer is provided with an opening. The color filter layer has a plurality of red filters, a plurality of green filters and a plurality of blue filters. The red filters respectively correspond to the red OLEDs in position, the green filters respectively correspond to the green OLEDs in position, and the blue filters respectively correspond to the blue OLEDs in position. A black matrix corresponding to the pixel define layer is filled between two adjacent filters respectively corresponding to two adjacent OLEDs.
