Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a positioning module and a bracket device. The positioning module includes a fixing unit, a first movable unit, a linkage unit and a braking unit. The fixing unit has a positioning portion. The first movable unit can be movably connected to the fixing unit, and has an engaging portion. The linkage unit can be movably connected to the fixing unit, and has a buckling portion. The braking unit can be movably connected to the fixing unit and the linkage unit, and has a limiting portion. When the linkage unit is located at a first position, the buckling portion is away from the positioning portion, and the linkage unit drives the braking unit to be in a positioning state, so that the limiting portion of the braking unit can be detachably engaged with the engaging portion. By means of the disclosure, the positioning module and the bracket device can improve the convenience of operation, and can solve the problem that the screen bracket is easy to shake.
