Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a monitor stand and a monitor device. The monitor device includes a monitor and a monitor stand. The monitor stand is used to support the monitor. The monitor stand includes: a stand body and a plurality of connecting rods. The stand body is arranged on a plane. A plurality of connecting rods are pivotally connected to each other to form a conversion mechanism, and part of the connecting rods are pivotally connected to the stand body, and one of the connecting rods is used to fix the monitor. The conversion mechanism can make one corner of the monitor adjacent to the plane move along an arc path, and make the monitor rotate 90 degrees relative to the stand body. The corner of the monitor moving along the arc path will not collide with the plane. The monitor stand and the monitor device of the present invention allow the user to rotate the monitor 90 degrees through simple operations.
