[Solution] An adhesive sheet in which an intermediate layer containing methyl methacrylate-grafted natural rubber is provided on a substrate containing a vinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer, and an adhesive layer comprising an adhesive containing the plasticizer and a rubber component containing natural rubber and methyl methacrylate-grafted natural rubber is provided on the intermediate layer, wherein a degree of swelling of the rubber component with respect to the plasticizer is by a factor of 1.5 to 4.5.
