Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an electrical steel sheet and a method for producing the same. A hot-rolling process and a hot-rolled annealing process are performed to produce a hot-rolled annealed steel plate having a high ratio of specific textures, such that the electrical steel sheet having high magnetic flux and low iron loss can be produced. After the aforementioned hot-rolling process is performed, the hot-rolled annealing process is performed by heating a hot-rolling steel plate to an annealing temperature with a specific heating rate, thereby increasing amounts of the specific textures in the annealed steel plate.
