The present invention provides a method for producing goose feed additives from king trumpet mushroom legs, which includes drying the king trumpet mushroom legs with sawdust germ bran and then crushing them, crushing and then drying them, or drying and crushing them in a manner of at least one part partially overlapping; extracting the dried and crushed mushroom legs with alcohol-containing liquid; obtaining a liquid phase product from the extraction mixture obtained by solid-liquid separation; and concentrating the liquid phase product, or concentrating and drying the liquid phase product so as to obtain a goose feed additive. The present invention also provides a method of using the goose feed additive, which is to add the goose feed additive to the goose feed in a proportion of 0.1-3% by weight.
