Zusammenfassung:	A server system of an intelligent procurement platform includes a user interface, a processor, and a procurement case database. The user interface is configured to enter post-contract data. The processor is used to receive post-contract data. The procurement case database is used to store post-contract data and payment data. The post-contract data includes a case status and a payment rule. The payment rule includes multiple numbers of payment periods and multiple payable amounts. Each number of the payment periods sequentially corresponds to each of payable amount. The payment data includes the current payment period and the current payment amount corresponding to the current payment period. The processor reads the post-contract data, and the processor determines that the current payment period is equal to one of the payment periods, and determines that the current payment amount is equal to one of the payable amount corresponding the one of payment periods when the case status is an opened case status.
