Liquid-cooled water-pump split-flow radiator

A liquid-cooled water-pump split-flow radiator having a main control box, a plurality of server cartridges and two split-flow members is provided. Each server cartridge is stacked on the main control box, and a heat dissipation loop is disposed in each server cartridge. The split-flow members are arranged on a side where the server cartridges are stocked. Each split-flow member has a water reservoir, a connecting pipe connected from the main control box to the water reservoir, and a plurality of curved pipes arranged on the water reservoir. The water reservoir is elongated along the direction in which the server cartridges are stacked up and down for the curved pipes to follow to be arranged in sequence at intervals and connected to an inside of each server cartridge, and connected with the heat dissipation loop to form a loop.
