Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a processing waste treatment and reutilization system, a processing waste treatment and reutilization method, a manufacturing method of an optical film material, an energy storage system and a processing system. The processing waste treatment and recycling system comprises an electrolysis device. The electrolysis device comprises an electrolytic bath, a positive electrode and a negative electrode. And the electrolytic bath is filled with electrolyte. The positive electrode and the negative electrode are immersed in the electrolyte; the positive electrode is used for accommodating an adsorbent with impurities in the positive electrode; the electrolysis device is used for carrying out an electrolytic reaction to desorb impurities from the adsorbent so as to recover the adsorbent.
