| Zusammenfassung: | To easily switch a pressing force of a stamp for a peeling tape.SOLUTION: Since a kind of springs acted on a stamp 81 can be switched by changing an interval between a plate 83 and the stamp 81, that is, a movement distance of the plate 83, a pressing force of the stamp 81 for a peeling tape T3 can be switched. Therefore, the pressing force of the stamp 81 for the peeling tape T3 can be easily changed in accordance with a type of a protection tape T2 as compared to an apparatus that exchanges a spring for switching, for example, the pressing force. Since not only an expensive sensor for detecting the pressing force but also a complicated control apparatus for controlling the pressing force can be also eliminated, a cost for switching the pressing force can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
