Zusammenfassung:A pulsed-condensation method for metal powder preparation. Said method comprises the following steps: step 1, placing a raw material into a reactor (1) to be melted and evaporated, and causing metal vapor to enter a condensing tube (2) to be crystallized and nucleated, so as to form a powder blank; step 2, the powder blank entering a pulsed-cooling chamber (3) to be cooled so as to form monomer metal particles, wherein the pulsed-cooling chamber (3) is filled with nitrogen during pulsed cooling; step 3, the monomer metal particles entering a collector (4) under the effect of an airflow to be collected; and step 4, a back-flushing device in the collector (4) back-flushing a metal powder into a powder collector (5) to be collected. The condensation method has the effect of significantly improving the uniformity of distribution and the yield of a metal powder.
