Zusammenfassung:	A battery-cover latch structure having a shell and a battery-cover is provided for a tool. The shell has a battery slot, a longitudinal slot and a plurality of lateral slots arranged in a same direction and on opposite sides of the battery slot. The battery-cover is detachably connected to the shell and covers the battery slot. The battery-cover has a pullable portion formed on a side, a longitudinal-clamping block engaged with the longitudinal slot and a plurality of lateral-clamping blocks extending in a same direction and engaged with the lateral slots. The longitudinal-clamping block extends downward from a bottom of the pullable portion and forms a notch portion with the pullable portion. When the tool abuts the notch portion and pushes the pullable portion, the longitudinal-clamping block detaches from the longitudinal slot to make the lateral-clamping blocks detach from the lateral slots.
