The color conversion layer is located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The color conversion layer is connected with the first substrate. The first barrier is connected with the first substrate. The first barrier surrounds and connects with the color conversion layer. The micro-LED is located between the color conversion layer and the second substrate. The micro-LED is connected with the second substrate and is separated from the color conversion layer.
