More specifically, the present invention relates to an ethylene-vinyl acetate - elastomer composite resin composition having rate of expansion of 50% or higher, the composite resin composition containing ethylene-vinyl acetate having rate of expansion, with melt elasticity controlled, of 80% or higher.
