Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a preparation method of dopamine positron contrast agent precursor. Take (2R,3R,11bR)-1,3,4,6,7,11b-hexahydro-10-methoxy-3-(2-methylpropyl)-2H-benzo[a]quinolazine -2,9-diol as the starting material. After the starting material is bonded with N-chlorosuccinimide, it is coupled with 1-bromopropane, and finally it is boronated with double pinacol borate to form precursor of dopamine positron contrast agent. The preparation method will improve the problem of F-18 being attached to the side chain of the precursor of the contrast agent.
