Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a composite multilayer power inductors, which combines the advantage of NiCuZn ferrite and FeSiCr alloy. An inductor will be designed in a sandwich structure with NiCuZn ferrite sandwiched between the FeSiCr alloy. The magnetic properties of the inductor mainly were dominated by the FeSiCr alloy, and the inner electrode will be cofired with NiCuZn ferrite to improve the breakdown voltage. A via hole will be drilled through the middle of the NiCuZn ferrite and filled with the FeSiCr alloy paste to make magnetic field lines more concentrated.
