An electronic product comprising a component having a first electrode comprising a first surface (103) and a pillar (104) extending from the first surface in a first direction, the pillar comprising three protrusions (106, 107, 108),the three protrusions forming angles of about 120 degrees with each other around a central line (105) of the pillar where the three protrusions meet, andthe three protrusions being bent so that the pillar has a triskelion cross-section in a plane perpendicular to the first direction.The invention also concerns a system comprising the electronic product and a method for fabricating this electronic product.
