Wind turbine full-set installation system and offshore mast-pulling platform ship

An offshore wind turbine full-set installation system includes a mast-pulling platform ship and a loading platform. The mast-pulling platform ship is fixed beside a wind turbine base, wherein the tower base has a pivot portion. The loading platform transports a wind turbine generator and a tower, wherein the tower tube includes a bottom tube and a top tube. The bottom tube has a pivot pin, and the top tube is connected to the wind turbine generator. The pivot pin of the tower tube is adapted to engage to the pivot portion of the wind turbine base.
