Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a destroying device and an electronic apparatus having a destroying device. The destroying device includes a carrier, a destroying member movably disposed on the carrier, an elastic member connecting the carrier and the destroying member, and a limiting member that is coupled to the carrier and that selectively abuts against the destroying member. The destroying member has a first position and a second position. When the destroying member is at the first position, the limiting member abuts against the destroying member. When the destroying member is at the second position, the destroying member destroys an object by an elastic force of the elastic member.
