A display panel (100) includes a substrate (110) including an emission area (EA) and a non-emission area (NA); a driving element for driving the display panel; an auxiliary electrode (147) placed in the non-emission area (NA), and spaced apart from the driving element; a protective layer (150) placed on the driving element and the auxiliary electrode (147); a first electrode (161) placed on the protective layer (150), and connected to the driving element; a first organic material layer (171) placed on the first electrode (161); a second electrode (175) placed above the first organic material layer (171) and the protective layer (150); a second organic material layer (173) placed between the second electrode (175) and the first organic material layer (171); and a contact hole (157) penetrating through the protective layer (150), and exposing the auxiliary electrode (147), wherein the second electrode (175) is electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode (147) within the contact hole (157).
