Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a thermoplastic carbon fiber composite material structure and its manufacturing method. First, a thermoplastic fiber is made into a first thermoplastic non-woven fiber layer. Next, an air-laid machine is used to comb the carbon fiber to produce fibers in a two-dimensional or three-dimensional direction that fall on the first thermoplastic non-woven fiber layer to form a carbon fiber layer. Finally, the second thermoplastic non-woven fiber layer is formed on the carbon fiber layer to form a carbon fiber composite material felt with a three-layer structure. Then a hot-pressing molding machine is used to perform hot pressing to form and fix the carbon fiber composite felt for subsequent product processing and use.
