Zusammenfassung:	In the present invention, processing is performed depending on a preset boron adsorption tower boron BTP, under a condition that either the product of boron concentration in water supplied to a boron adsorption tower and pass-through water SV or the product of the boron concentration in water supplied to a boron adsorption tower, the pass-through water SV, and the time for water to pass through is equal to or less than a prescribed value. The amount of boron selective adsorbent for filling the boron adsorption tower is set so that the product is equal to or less than the prescribed value.
