Zusammenfassung:	The present invention addresses the problem of providing a technology such as a pretreatment agent which is for chemical conversion treatment capable of forming a chemical conversion coating, and which can improve the corrosion resistance of a burr portion of an edge when a coating film is formed, and improve the adhesion to the coating film. The problem is solved by a pretreatment agent which is used for pretreatment in a chemical conversion treatment for forming a chemical conversion coating on the surface of or on top of the surface of the metal material, the pretreatment agent being formed by blending: (A) an organosilane compound having a primary amino group and alkoxysilyl group in a molecule; and (B) an organosilane compound having a glycidyl group and alkoxysilyl group in a molecule.
